CM2H Application Requirements
A. Applicant Background Requirements
- The program is available to all foreigners, regardless of race, religion, or gender.
- The applicant must hold a passport from a recognized country.
- The applicant must be 18 years old or above.
- The applicant must have no criminal record in Cambodia and possess good character in their place of residence.
B. Investment Requirements
The investment consists of two parts:
- CM2H 10-year membership fee (USD 50,000)
- Invest USD 50,000 or more in a recognized property project

If purchasing an appointed project, applicants may need to pay real estate transaction fees (e.g., taxes, lawyer fees, etc.).
The CM2H membership fee (USD 50,000) includes the government application fees for the CM2H visa, so no additional fees are required.
When collecting the work permit card and CM2H visa label in Cambodia, applicants are recommended to pay a US$100 express service fee (visa can be completed within 10 working days). Without express service, the process takes about 1 month.
Appointed Projects
Applicants for the CM2H Visa must purchase a government-appointed project.

Post-Property Possession Expenses
Most of the appointed projects are still under construction. After completion, when the property is transferred to investors, the following costs will apply:

Application Process
1. Registration
- Fill out the registration form and submit supporting documents.
- Pay an application fee (CM2H membership fee) of US$10,000.
- If the application is rejected, US$9,750 will be refunded.

2. Application Submission
- Fill out the CM2H application form.
- Pay the remaining balance of CM2H membership fee (US$40,000, totaling US$50,000).
- Submit the Sales & Purchase Agreement of the appointed project.
The CM2H application process is simple and can generally be completed within one month.

Once approved, the applicant will receive:
