Practical Assistance Beyond Residency Approval
Cambodia My 2nd Home (CM2H) provides onshore coordination and administrative support to assist members in completing required procedures and settling into Cambodia after program approval.
All services are delivered in accordance with Cambodian regulations and subject to individual eligibility.
Onshore Support Upon Arrival
Following entry into Cambodia, CM2H assists members during their mandatory onshore processing period, which typically requires approximately five (5) working days.
During this period, CM2H coordinates and supports:
- CM2H visa sticker issuance
- Required in-country administrative procedures
- Scheduling and coordination with relevant authorities
CM2H acts as a central point of coordination, reducing administrative complexity for members.
Banking & Financial Access Support
CM2H assists members with the practical steps required to establish banking access in Cambodia, including:
- Coordination for personal bank account opening
- Guidance on required documentation and procedures
- Support during in-branch processes
Bank account approval remains subject to individual bank policies and compliance requirements.
Company Registration & Business Setup Assistance
For members intending to conduct business in Cambodia, CM2H provides assistance with:
- Company registration procedures
- Structuring options allowing 100% foreign ownership
- Coordination of required documentation and filings
CM2H facilitates the administrative process while ensuring alignment with Cambodian commercial regulations.
Trust Structure & Asset Holding Support
Where applicable, CM2H assists members in coordinating:
- Trust structure setup for land ownership
- Engagement with licensed trustees and legal professionals
- Documentation and compliance coordination
All trust arrangements are governed by Cambodian Trust Law and relevant regulatory requirements.
Driver’s License Conversion Assistance
CM2H may assist members who wish to convert an overseas driver’s license to a Cambodian driver’s license by:
- Advising on eligibility and documentation
- Coordinating application procedures
- Supporting both conversion and examination-based routes (where applicable)
License issuance remains subject to approval by the relevant authorities.
Ongoing Administrative & Coordination Support
Beyond initial setup, CM2H continues to provide coordination support for members, including:
- Guidance on residency-related matters
- Administrative assistance with renewals or updates
- Coordination with professional service providers when required
CM2H’s role is to streamline communication and procedures, not to replace regulated professionals or authorities.
What CM2H Does Not Do (Important)
To maintain transparency and manage expectations:
- CM2H does not provide legal representation unless explicitly stated
- CM2H does not guarantee bank account approval, licensing outcomes, or processing timelines
- CM2H does not provide financial, investment, or tax guarantees
