CM2H簽證政策獲政府正式支持｜內政部MOI Letter全文
On 16th June 2022, a ceremony was organized at the General Department of Immigration to present the official letter from the Ministry of Interior to the Chairman of Khmer Home Charity Association, H.E. Nov Sokpheap.
H.E Nov Sokpheap officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding with My Second Home CM2H (Cambodia) Co. Ltd for the CM2H program at the General Department of Immigration.
2022 年 6 月 16 日，移民總局舉行了一場儀式，向柬家園慈善協會主席H.E Nov Sokpheap 移交內政部正式信函。H.E Nov Sokpheap閣下與柬埔寨移民總局 My Second Home CM2H 有限公司正式簽署了 CM2H 計劃諒解備忘錄。
Cambodia’s “CM2H – Cambodia My Second Home” visa program has received an official letter of support from the Ministry of Interior of Cambodia. This letter confirms that the CM2H program has legality and policy basis and is an official program recognized by the government, further enhancing its credibility and reliability.
This MOI Letter demonstrates the government’s strong support for attracting high-asset individuals to invest in residential and leisure properties in Cambodia, while promoting the Royal Government’s investment policy and national economic development.
柬埔寨「CM2H – Cambodia My Second Home」簽證計劃已獲得柬埔寨內政部（Ministry of Interior）發出正式支持函。這封信函確認CM2H計劃具合法性與政策依據，是獲政府認可的官方項目，進一步提升其可信度與可靠性。
這封MOI Letter展示了政府對吸引高資產人士來柬埔寨投資住宅及休閒房產的高度支持，同時促進皇家政府的投資政策與國家經濟發展。

Subject: Organizing Cambodia My Second Home Event.
Reference: Letter No. 001/22 ល.ស, dated 01 April 2022, from the Khmer Home Charity Association.
Referring to the aforementioned subject and reference, the Ministry of Interior would like to inform you that the organization of the Cambodia My Second Home Event aligns with the strategic plan of the Ministry of Interior. The Ministry has conducted a study on similar programs in neighboring countries and internationally, and it recognizes the potential benefits of the CM2H initiative.
The CM2H Event is seen as a valuable opportunity to attract individuals with substantial resources and assets to invest in residential and leisure properties in the Kingdom of Cambodia. This initiative also supports the investment policies of the Royal Government and contributes to the growth of Cambodia’s national economy.
Therefore, the Ministry of Interior hereby grants its support in principle and encourages the Khmer Home Charity Association to organize this event successfully.
