CM2H Application Process

Step 1: Document Submission

Applicants are required to submit the following documents for initial registration:

• Valid passport
• Completed CM2H Registration Form

Upon receipt and preliminary review, CM2H will issue an official email with payment instructions for the background check.

Step 2: Background Check Fee Payment

Applicants must pay a USD 500 background check fee.

• This fee is mandatory and non-refundable
• Payment instructions are issued only by CM2H via official email

Once payment is confirmed, the background check process formally begins.

Step 3: Government Background Check & Due Diligence

The background check is conducted by the relevant Cambodian authorities.

• Estimated processing time: 7–10 working days
• Scope includes security, compliance, and eligibility assessment

During this period, applicants are not required to take any further action.

Step 4: Official Background Check Approval Notification

Applicants who successfully pass the background check will receive an official approval notification.

• Approval notifications are sent only from:

• Any communication from other email addresses should be disregarded

This approval confirms that the applicant is eligible to proceed to the investment stage of the CM2H program.

Step 5: Selection of Investment Option

Upon approval, applicants may proceed to select one of the following CM2H investment options:

• Option A – Membership Only
• Option B – Government-Approved Property Investment
• Option C – Fixed Deposit Plan (Government-Appointed Trust Account)

Each option is governed by its own terms and conditions. CM2H will provide official instructions relevant to the selected option.

Step 6: Investment Completion

All investment-related payments must be made:

• Directly to the official CM2H account
• In accordance with the approved option and official instructions

Upon confirmation of investment completion, CM2H will proceed with entry and onshore coordination.

Step 7: Entry Arrangement & Arrival in Cambodia

After investment completion, CM2H will assist with:

• Entry planning and arrival coordination
• Visa preparation
• VIP airport pickup (if applicable)

Applicants may then enter Cambodia to complete the onshore process.

Step 8: Stay in Cambodia

Applicants are required to stay in Cambodia for approximately five (5) working days to complete mandatory in-country procedures.

During this period, CM2H will assist with:

• CM2H visa sticker issuance
• Government-facing procedures related to residency status

Step 9: Banking, Company & Optional Services

During the onshore stay, CM2H can also assist applicants with additional services, including:

• Bank account opening
• Company registration (100% foreign ownership permitted)
• Trust structure setup for land ownership
• Conversion of overseas driver’s license to a Cambodian driver’s license

These services are provided in accordance with Cambodian regulations and individual eligibility.
