Official Government Framework & Program Overview

Cambodia My 2nd Home (CM2H) is an official long-term residency and investment program approved and administered by the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in coordination with the General Department of Immigration.
The program was established to provide a structured, transparent, and compliant pathway for qualified foreign nationals seeking long-term residence, business access, and asset planning in Cambodia.
Government Endorsement & Oversight
CM2H operates under the authority and oversight of Cambodian government institutions, including:
- Ministry of Interior (MOI)
- General Department of Immigration (GDI)
All program procedures, eligibility reviews, and approvals are conducted in accordance with applicable Cambodian laws, regulations, and administrative practices.
CM2H is not a private residency scheme, nor a discretionary visa arrangement.
It is a formal government-recognized program with defined requirements, processes, and compliance standards.
